On Aug. 6, Mr. Liu Yunshan, Member of Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Secretariat and Director of CPC Publicity Department, visited the Jidong Nanpu Oilfield.

On Aug. 7, Mr. He Yong, Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Secretariat and Deputy Director of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of CPC visited the Jidong Nanpu Oilfield. He visited the No. 1 artificial island and the pilot test area to have a comprehensive understanding of the planning and construction progress of the field.
