CNPC and LUKOIL signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement in Beijing on September 8.

CNPC and LUKOIL have long been engaged in oil and gas cooperation in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The signing of the agreement indicates even more extensive cooperation between the two sides.
