The Ministry of Agriculture sent CNPC a letter of thanks recently for the company's unwavering support in the agricultural drought relief mission.

The letter says that agricultural drought relief, spring farmland management and oil supply for cultivation were secured, thanks to CNPC and its local subsidiaries' efforts in enhancing oil distribution to the rural refueling stations, prolonging service hours, lowering oil prices for anti-drought purposes, and providing other services for the farmers. Currently the drought in North China has been relieved, and growth of winter wheat has been recovered, which will compensate the country's summer harvest.
