8月28日，金正大集团贵州磷化工清洁生产项目一期20万吨(总体40万吨)聚磷酸铵项目正式投产。聚磷酸铵已经在发达国家得到广泛应用，而我国聚磷酸铵的核心技术一直未能突破，难以实现规模化生产。金正大聚磷酸铵项目正式投产在一定程度上展现相应技术的突破。
