Qu noted that China and Sudan enjoy profound traditional friendship. Over recent years, agricultural authorities of both sides have built up sound cooperation covering diversified areas and bearing fruitful results, facilitating the development of bilateral ties between the two countries.

The Chinese side is ready to work with the Sudanese side to enhance the implementation of major cooperative projects including the agricultural cooperation development zone, slaughterhouse, aquaculture, agro-planning and human resources development, among others.

Abdullatif Ahmed Mohamed Ijaimi fully agreed with Vice Minister Qu, underlining that Sudan will make joint efforts with China to seek innovative ways, enrich cooperation contents, and make agriculture another successful model of China-Sudan cooperation after the petroleum industry.
