On February 25, a coiled tubing unit developed by CNPC passed in-situ industrial trial examinations at 8 well/times in 6 wells in the Dagang Oilfield.

During the trial run, all the parts of the unit operated normally and steadily, with stable system pressure, an accurate appearance display and excellent overall operating and controlling performance. All engineering requirements were met during the trial.

The successful development of the coil tubing unit will certainly promote the wide deployment of this advanced technology in CNPC's drilling, completion, logging and workover operation.
