Five CNPC patents were awarded the prizes for excellence at the 10th China Patent Awards Appraisal Activity on February 27.

They are: Bridge Eccentric Test/Injection-Production Facilities from PetroChina Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd, Bulk Polymerization Explosion-Proof Polymerization Reaction Unit from PetroChina Pipeline Company, Preparation of Residual Free Fracturing Fluid from CNPC Dagang Petroleum, Underbalanced Downhole Casing Valve from CNPC Xinjiang Petroleum and Gasoline Olefin Reducing FCC Catalyst and Its Preparation Method from PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.

Established in 1989 and approved by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the China Patent Awards are presented every two years by the State Intellectual Property Office.
